Ashland Capital Partners, LLC, ('Ashland') is an equity investor that specializes in partnering with management and other parties in leveraged buyout and leveraged recapitalization transactions. Ashland has offices in Chicago and Houston.

In a typical transaction, Ashland forms an entity which will invest $1 and $4 million in businesses with between $1.5M to $10 million of EBITDA. Since its formation in 2005, Ashland has established a clear track record of being able to close transactions to which it commits to funding. 

Ashland's primary objective is to generate capital appreciation for its investors. During the initial stage of an investment, one of our principal goals is to align investors and management's interest by providing meaningful equity for management in the transaction.
